Business Size Suitability Our Success Packs are specifically designed and priced for small businesses with straightforward requirements. By purchasing, you confirm that your organisation meets the intended profile of having fewer than 10 system users and an annual turnover of less than £1 million. This ensures the standardised scope of the pack will be a good fit for your operational needs.
Defined Scope The deliverables for each pack are explicitly listed in its description. The fixed price is for these services only.
Client Collaboration These are collaborative implementations. To meet the fast timelines, you agree to provide necessary information, data for import, and feedback in a timely manner as requested by your project manager.
A Product, Not a Project Our Success Packs are a productised service, not a traditional bespoke project. This model allows us to deliver exceptional value at a fixed price by using standardised, best-practice processes.
Software & Hosting Costs The Success Pack fee covers our implementation and configuration services. It does not include the separate recurring costs for your Odoo software license or cloud hosting, which are billed directly by Odoo.
To keep our Success Packs affordable and our implementation timelines fast, we have a clearly defined scope. The following services are not included:
- Custom Software Development Any changes to the Odoo code or the creation of new features.
- Complex Third-Party Integrations Connection to other software systems beyond the standard features offered within the Odoo apps (e.g., standard bank feeds).
- Complex or Historical Data Migration We perform simple imports of master data (like customer lists, supplier lists, and product lists) from a provided CSV template. We do not migrate historical transactional data (e.g., past sales orders, invoices, or journal entries).
- Advanced or Unique Configurations The packs are configured using small business best practices. We do not configure highly complex or unique business workflows.
- On-Site Visits or Training All implementation and training are conducted remotely via video calls and screen sharing to ensure efficiency and keep costs low.
- Major Changes After Go-Live The pack includes 30 days of support for questions and minor tweaks. Any significant changes or new requirements after this period would be quoted separately or covered by our Odoo Annual Support plan.

Each package is delivered by a certified Odoo functional consultant and is based on a fixed number of 25 service hours. This time has been carefully allocated from our experience working with small businesses and is generally more than sufficient to get you live and productive on Odoo.
If your requirements extend beyond the agreed package scope for example, if there are complex customisations, additional integrations, or larger data migrations — we can provide additional packages or support hours to ensure everything is covered.

Licence request
If you don’t yet have an Odoo licence, we’ll request this for you directly with Odoo, and you’ll receive the official quote from them.
If you already hold an Odoo licence, we’ll ask you to assign Cloudsaber as your partner so we can provide support and manage your onboarding properly.
Setup and enablement
Once your licence is confirmed, we’ll install and configure up to the Odoo apps, provide training, and support you with a total service hours depending on which package was purchased.

No problem! The packs are designed to be building blocks. You can purchase the Sales & CRM pack and the Accounting pack, for example, and we will implement them together as one seamless system.
Our Success Packs do not include bespoke software development, complex data migration from legacy systems, or integrations with third-party software. If you have these needs, our tailored consulting services would be a better fit.
