Functional Consultant

Cloudsaber is seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to support our growing client base across ERP and CRM platforms. This role is central to bridging the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring that our solutions deliver measurable value. You will be responsible for leading client workshops, capturing requirements, and translating them into functional specifications and solution designs. Day to day, you will configure modules, deliver training, provide demonstrations, and act as a trusted advisor to our clients. Collaboration is also key, as you will work closely with our development team to design, test, and deliver customisations or integrations where required.

To succeed in this position, you will need proven experience as a Functional Consultant and a track record of delivering at least one full implementation. A strong understanding of business processes across finance, sales, supply chain, or manufacturing is essential, along with excellent client-facing and communication skills. We also expect certification in at least one ERP or CRM platform, supported by the ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

It would be an advantage if you have experience with data migration, integrations, or project management methodologies. Exposure to multiple platforms and a consulting background are also valuable.
